Microsoft's dedication covered range of factors, such as age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, cultural background, and educational attainment. Their commitment to gender diversity is particularly noteworthy because it has resulted in a yearly increase of at least 1% in the representation of women. A varied range of ethnicities, including Asian, African, Black, White, Hispanic, Latinx, and multiracial origins, are welcomed by the organization as part of its inclusive strategy.
